What is ARCH?

ARCH is a database containing a data, which I collected within my work on the doctoral project Emancipatory Jewish Communities in Moravia and Silesia and on the related grant projects.

Thus, the database contains primarily information about the members of the Jewish communities, which were established in Moravia and Silesia in the course of the 19th century. I plan to publish also information about the institutions created by those Jewish communities.

While the collecting of the data is financed by scholarships and grants, running the server and further development of this website depends on voluntary financial donations of the visitors. Thus, I would like to ask You to make a donation for the running this website.
